WHAT WE DO
PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES
Working with individuals is our passion! We take an education focused approach and teach people about their bodies and how to leverage them to get unstuck and into life. We offer in-person services (Minneapolis area) and tele-health (in 34 states!). We make appts fit into your schedule.
We’re on a mission to educate the community about psychology and how it connects to their lives. We love to talk, teach, and consult (check out our list of speaking gigs!). Reach out if you have questions about how to bring Peace Out Pain to you.
Psychology IS cool — and we are ready to help you see that. By creating books, games, and other fun resources, we bring psychological science to you. Check out what we’ve been up to!
SO THAT WE CAN
BREAK THE DIVISION
between medical (“real”) vs. psychological (“weak” or “dramatic”)*.
CHALLENGE THE PERSPECTIVE
through knowledge and humor to turn your thoughts about disease, medicine, and treatment upside down.
TEACH & EMPOWER
you to move forward and take control back from symptoms.
*Peace Out Pain knows that mental health is real. We are addressing the false perspective society accidentally endorses by the division between medical & psychological.
WHY WE DO IT
We don’t believe in divisions between
Medicine | Psychology | Life
BECAUSE…
life is hard.
one size doesn’t fit all.
bodies are complicated.
your head is part of your body.
prescriptions and surgeries can’t fix all.
BECAUSE…
health is not the end goal. LIVING IS.

Our mission is to equip everyone with the knowledge and tools to tackle life's inevitable pains—the physical, the emotional, and even the annoying papercuts of life.
Because all of these take a toll on our bodies.
OUR VISION:
To improve physical health and functioning by educating individuals (kids through aging adults) and health professionals how to proactively identify and address physiological stressors.
OUR CORE VALUES:
Be honest, authentic, and genuine.
Provide education to increase knowledge.
